Users can reschedule their booking up to a minimum of 2 hours prior to the appointment. The booking can be rescheduled for up to a maximum of 5 days from the originally scheduled appointment. Once the user reconfirms the new date and time slot, they will receive a confirmation email/SMS with the updated order details, including the reconfirmed date and time. Users are allowed to reschedule their appointment only once.
Users may cancel their order up to a minimum of 2 hours prior to the appointment, as long as the tyre fitment has not been completed at the selected dealership. Any refund due to a cancellation will be processed into the respective account within 21 days of the cancellation date.
